Service You Can Depend On
At Butcher Furniture, we service everything ourselves. If you have a problem with something you purchased, please call us directly and we will take care of you. Labour charge may apply for any repair outside of the 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Delivery & Installation
Butcher Furniture offers free delivery* and set up to our valued customers. Your furniture will be unpacked, inspected, and delivered by our friendly staff to the designated space in your home.

Haul Away
Getting rid of your old mattress or furniture is our specialty. We can haul away your old product from your home when a replacement is delivered by our team. Recycling is just one more way we reduce the hassle of discarding old products while doing our part to keep the world a bit cleaner.
Extended Warranties
All furniture purchased from us comes with a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty with some companies having additional coverage. If you have an issue with any product, please call us. A labour charge may apply for any repair outside of the 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Unhappy with your purchase or changed your mind? Please call us to discuss the issue. A restocking fee will apply, even if not yet delivered. Refunds will be handled according to our store’s policies.
In-House Service
For local furniture purchases, we offer a professional service department that is here for you after the sale. Whether inside or outside of the manufacturer warranty period, our staff are trained and equipped to remedy any unexpected issues you may have in the future.
